Terms of service

Effective Date: January 01, 2025

By booking with Happy Hour Art Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event.

  • Accepted payments: [Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle].

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

  • Events can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Weather Policy

Due to Louisiana’s unpredictable weather (including tornado warnings, hurricanes, thunderstorms, high winds, and high heat):

  • We may reschedule outdoor events if weather conditions are unsafe.

  • If weather forces cancellation and rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

4. Travel Fees

  • We serve the Bossier/Shreveport area.

  • Events more than 15 miles outside the area may be subject to a travel fee, discussed at booking.

5. Liability & Materials

  • All painting supplies are provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal property. Aprons are provided, but paint may stain.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is safe and suitable for setup.

6. Photos & Promotion

  • We may take photos at events for promotional use on our website and social media.

  • Please let us know in writing if you or your guests prefer not to be photographed.

7. Conduct & Alcohol Policy

  • Guests must be respectful and cooperative. We reserve the right to end any event early due to inappropriate behavior, without refund.

  • Sip & Paint participants must be 21+ if alcohol is consumed. Alcohol is not provided by Happy Hour Art Club.
